Ownership. Each person owns a surface of the product end to end, from the conversation with a finance head or a CA through to the release. Decisions are made by the people closest to the problem.
Real users, fast. TruNxt runs its own finances on Transure, and our CA closes our books in Transure CA. Every release is used by us first, then by customers. You will know quickly whether something works.
A hard, useful problem. Indian compliance is complicated and the tools most businesses use were not built for it. Getting GST, TDS, multi-entity books and a shared ledger right is engineering and product work that matters.
A team you can name. Fewer than ten people. No layers between you and the founders. Mistakes are discussed, fixed and moved past.
