How do I get access to Transure?
Write to hello@trunxt.tech or use the contact form. We will set up your workspace and walk your team through it.
How do I connect my Amazon seller account?
In Transure, open the Amazon connection and log in with your own Amazon seller account, then approve access. Transure reads order and settlement data only.
How do I disconnect Amazon?
You can disconnect at any time from Transure. We delete the access token and stop syncing. Data already imported stays in your Transure account until you delete it.
Can my chartered accountant see my books?
Yes, if you invite them through Transure CA. They can read, export and download what you give them access to, and you can withdraw access at any time.
Where is my data stored?
Your data is stored on servers located in India. See the privacy policy for details on service providers.
How do I ask for my data to be deleted?
Write to hello@trunxt.tech. We acknowledge requests within 72 hours and aim to resolve them within 30 days.
